Furniture Design Sertao Side Table by Gabriela Campos The side table is a hommage of the work Abaporu (1928), by Tarsila do Amaral, a great symbol of modernism in Brazil. This is a piece with a challenging design with a strong symbolism supporting it. With a narrative behind its organic forms, alludes to several elements contained in the work of Tarsila. The intention was to recreate the movement with fluid and organic lines, a challenge to the eye of the sense of balance, proportion and with a playful soul. A graceful balance between form and function.
