Furniture Design Baan Tea and Coffee Table by Changheon Lee Inspired by geography contour models, this table maintains minimal functionality with the rest of the top remaining non-functional. This table resists convention, combining the functional and the non-functional, and offers a new perspective on the table as object and the freedom of perception. The name of the table, Baan is appropriated from the Korean word ‘bandae’, which means to ‘oppose’, ‘counteract’.
