Furniture Design Collection POP App Wallplates and Vases by Natalia Suwalski The collection POP App designed for the stoneware ceramics manufactory Manufaktura in Boleslawiec is a series of wallplates and vases using a new language of motifs in traditional stamping technique derived from pop culture and the internet and connecting it with Boleslawiec` heritage such as the use of Cobalt blue and the forms of rings and dots. In POP App Natalia Suwalski experiments with size, technique and colour, taking influence on the production process. The industrial designer plays the handmade character of this craft by accepting errors and odds and reveals their beauty through it.
